Advanced Treatment

Musculoskeletal Ultrasound
Dr. Bray offers musculoskeletal ultrasound. This enables him to perform ultrasound guided injections and also helps to diagnose many conditions. This technology is much more convenient and less expensive than an MRI.
Shockwave Therapy
Dr. Bray offers shock wave therapy. This therapy is used for the treatment of sports related and over-use injuries. This therapy can help the body to regenerate new tissue. It also decreases pain by directly stimulating nerves at the site of injury. The device at Ortholdaho includes a focused device, a radial device, and a V-Actor Component. Treatments include all 3 components. Common ailments treated in the foot and ankle include: plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, Achilles tendinosis, and stress fractures. Treatments are typically 20 minutes per session and are performed once a week for 3 consecutive weeks. Shock wave therapy does not require anesthesia and may help to avoid medication or surgery.

“He cares about you as a person”
The kindest man.  He cares about you as a person.  As a doctor, he is amazing.  He explains things so, as a patient, you can make an educated decision.  I am so happy with my surgery and feel so much better.  I am glad he was there for me as a doctor.

“He truly cares about his patients”
Dr Jeff Bray has helped me through issues with my feet now for years.  He is very talented  and was able to diagnose what was going on with me when others just wanted me to take medication and have an expensive surgery, which I learned was unnecessary.  He is a very professional and a joy to talk to.   He truly cares about his patients.
